Ordering Procedure

Please verify all orders, order changes, delivery requirements and dates, proofs, and any information given by phone with e-mails to sales@gotoeternity.com. This will ensure the accuracy and correctness of processing your order.

Custom Products

If you required a style in a color not listed, certain color requests can be accommodated with a minimum order of 100 pieces per color. Please e-mail us for specific details.  We are also happy to prepare custom design samples for a minimum charge of $200(p). The average cost for custom design samples is $250(p) each. Please e-mail us for quotation and details. Custom design samples require a prototype model or paper presentation that is clearly understood.   Custom samples are NOT returnable.

Production Time

Products verified in-stock will be ready for delivery within 3-7 days after faxed or written approval. Please allow 3-9 weeks for delivery of out-of-stock products. Please verify stock status when ordering.

Insertions

We will insert cards, apply sticker labels or other materials in packages for $0.50(Z) each.

Shipping

We ship most orders via UPS and USPS. All prices quoted do not include shipping. Please add $10(p). each for all C.O.D. shipments. We will drop-ship (individual shipments) most products for an additional charge of $5.90(p) each plus postage. A $5.90(A). charge will apply to each destination on one order beyond the first destination.

Cancellation and Returns

Orders for customized products are considered firm and can not be cancelled after receipt of order. Telephone and mail orders are considered firm upon receipt of order. 

Payment Terms

Net 30 days with 50% upfront for out of stock items for credit-worthy customers. Credit card are accepted when products are shipped.

Return Policy

All returns must first be authorized by phone. Returns are also subject to inspection and approval before a credit will be issued. All shipping charges must be prepaid. Please include a copy of the original invoice in the package for proper credit. Imprinted or personalized products cannot be returned. Credit will be issued for the merchandise only; customer is responsible for original shipping charge and 20% re-stocking charge.

Claims

Claims must be made within 10 days of shipment. Shortage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
Pricing The effective date of this catalog pricing is January 1, 2006 . Pricing is subject to change without notice.
